The WSRA Trustees met on Monday 12th December at Williton and  via TEAMS.  Amongst the items discussed were:

• Minutes of the Previous meeting on 14 November were approved and have been placed in the members section of the website.
• WSRA Steam Rally – Trustees noted the proposed budget for the 2023 rally and welcomed the news that Ben Orton was to be the new rally chairman.
• Quantock Belle – Trustees noted that the one year agreement was now ready for signing by the two General Managers. The WSRA board supports the PLCs proposals for using the carriages independently addition to as a complete set, going forward
• 4561 progress – The project management group had met earlier in the day and were able to report excellent progress. It is important that work is now started to produce a Scope of Work for a boiler inspector and an inspection company is then engaged.
• Grant Giving – Trustees approved a grant application for new Mesh for the Blue Anchor gates.
