WSRA is thrilled to have been selected to participate in another 12 months funding partnership with the coop Local Community Fund.

The partnership runs for 12 months from 19 October 2025 until 17 October 2026.  WSRA support from the coop Local Community Fund will go towards our community project which aims to promote good health and wellbeing, fight isolation and loneliness, combat disadvantage and improve knowledge and understanding of the world around us through engaging with history.

The project promotes new experiences including volunteering and encourages people to make friends and have fun. The funding allows us to bring those benefits to vulnerable people, getting them out of their normal environment, building their self-belief and encouraging positive wellbeing.

All coop members are invited to choose a local community cause that they would like to support.  Our cause is number 94155 and is linked to the coop Food Stores at:
