The WSRA Trustees met on Monday 11 March in Williton.  Amongst the items discussed were:

• Previous Meeting – The minutes of the previous meeting on 12 February were approved as an accurate record with one amendment.
• Governance – three new and/or updated policies were agreed by the board and will be published asap. These are Discipline, Grievance and Conflicts of Interest.
• Trustees – It was agreed unanimously to co-opt Andrew Horner onto the board.
• Grant Applications – Trustees were pleased to note that the grant application for GWR Chaired Sleeper Wagon 100678 approved at the last meeting, had been delivered.
• WSR stations – Trustees were pleased to note that an order of paint for the station groups, funded by the Coop community fund, was being delivered to the stations this week.
