The WSR PLC has issued a statement about repairs to the embankment damage at Combe Florey.  The statement can be read in full on the WSR PLC website HERE

As  you will read in the statement, the work will cost a significant amount but the main priority is to ensure that the railway re-opens on time in March.  More information about costs and funding will be available in due course, but if you would like to make a contribution now please do so either by buying us some ballast – we know that will be needed!  Or by making a contribution to our general Rail Renewal Fund.
